Jupiter Recruitment has a vacancy for a dedicated Nurse Deputy Home Manager in a high-quality care home in Lowestoft, Suffolk. You will work alongside the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of nursing care and compliance with CQC guidelines.

The role requires an active NMC PIN and registered nurse. The position is permanent, full-time 40 hours per week, with benefits including pension, induction and DBS costs covered.

Qualifications

• RN with active NMC pin.
• Experience in care home or nursing settings.
• Deputy Manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Home Manager in running the service in line with CQC requirements.
• Oversee quality of care and support, with staff supervision and development.
