Jupiter Recruitment is supporting a brand-new nursing home in the Milton Keynes area to recruit a Nurse Deputy Home Manager. The role is in a luxury setting opened in 2024, requiring an RGN or RMN with an active NMC pin, to lead day-to-day operations and uphold high standards of care.

This permanent, full-time post offers a salary up to £55,000 DOE, 40 hours per week on day shifts, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career development within a fast-growing group.

Qualifications

• Qualified as an RGN or RMN with an active NMC Pin.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager and handle day-to-day running in the absence of the Home Manager.
• Together with the Home Manager, manage all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirements.
• Ensure service users receive high standards of professional support and opportunities for growth and independence.
• Be flexible and cover the floor or work alongside the nurses as required.
