Job summary

A Deputy Home Manager position at Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Icknield Court, Princes Risborough, HP27 0HE, offering 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £35,666 per annum. You will support the Home Manager with staffing, care standards and occupancy management.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) with willingness to progress to Levels 4/5, plus prior elderly care management experience, and some marketing/finance exposure to support occupancy growth.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) with willingness to study towards Level 4 or 5.
• Previous management experience in an elderly care setting.
• Marketing and finance experience to help grow occupancy and manage costs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rota planning and staff scheduling.
• Recruitment, induction and mandatory training of the team.
• Monitor employee performance and address issues through the proper channels.
• Support the Home Manager with occupancy levels and care standards.
• Contribute to marketing and cost management to optimise occupancy.
