Pharmacyupdate in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager to support an award-winning luxury care home just outside Oxford. You will lead a dedicated team, drive care quality, and ensure exceptional resident experience.

The role suits someone with strong leadership, operational know-how, and a genuine passion for person-centred care. Previous Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or Head of Care experience is desirable; Monday–Friday with on-call every other weekend.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join a well-established, award-winning luxury care home just outside Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded, growing care group recognised for delivering exceptional standards of care within beautiful, purpose-built surroundings.

We are looking for a confident, experienced and passionate leader who can support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, inspire a high-performing team and ensure residents receive the very best care and experience.

The position is open to candidates from both clinical and non-clinical backgrounds, with the key focus being on strong leadership, operational experience and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.

Salary & Working Hours
Salary: 58,000 per annum
Location: Oxford region
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, with flexibility to meet the needs of the home
On-call: Every other weekend
