Leaders in Care is helping a luxury elderly care home near Aylesbury recruit a Deputy Manager. The role supports the Registered Manager to sustain exceptional care standards, drive quality and ensure resident satisfaction. Generous benefits accompany a 40-hour, Monday-Friday contract with salary up to £60,000 DOE.

You'll lead care teams, uphold CQC compliance, develop staff and champion a positive culture while offering opportunities for long-term progression within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Deputy Manager in an elderly residential or nursing care home.
• Proven track record of leading care teams.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.
• A current NMC PIN would be advantageous.

Working alongside an experienced Registered Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the home, supporting your team, maintaining high standards of care and helping to drive the service forward.

The Role As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the home continues to deliver exceptional standards of care, compliance and resident experience.

About You To be considered, you'll need:

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager within an elderly residential or nursing care home
• A proven track record of leading and developing care teams
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
• A current NMC PIN would be advantageous, but I'mequally keen to hear from experienced non-registered Deputy Managers with a strong background in elderly care leadership.
