Conway Group Healthcare's Brooklands Derry/L is seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join our leadership team and support the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care in a warm, welcoming home. You will work closely with the Registered Home Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and inspire your team.

This role requires active NMC registration (RGN/RMN), supervisory experience and proven leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration.
• Previous supervisory or senior care experience.
• Demonstratable leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent working knowledge of regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Home Manager with operational, clinical and staffing responsibilities.
• Lead and mentor nursing and care staff to deliver high quality care.
• Maintain compliance with RQIA regulations and internal policies.
• Ensure safe medication management and care planning.
• Foster a positive team culture and promote staff development.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.

About the Role

As Deputy Home Manager, you’ll work closely with the Registered Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the home. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality compassionate care that meets regulatory standards and enhances residents' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
