Job summary

Conway Group Healthcare in Londonderry, Northern Ireland, invites applications for a Staff Nurse at Brooklands Care Home. Join a team dedicated to dementia and nursing care with compassion and integrity.

You must be 1st Level NMC registered (RGN/RMN), fluent in English, and available for shifts. Salary from £19.00 to £22.00 per hour, full-time, with preceptorship for newly registered nurses and clear progression pathways.

• Fluent English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of nursing care are delivered to all residents.
• Continuous assessment, implementation and evaluation of care needs.
• Take responsibility for running of unit / floor.
• Lead and delegate care staff within the team to ensure safe and effective delivery of care.
• Effective communication to team and to Nurse Manager.
