Electus Healthcare is seeking a Deputy Home Manager for Saintfield Lodge Care Home in Northern Ireland. The role supports the Home Manager in daily operations, drives compliance with regulatory standards, and fosters a collaborative team environment.

You will oversee staff, implement person-centred care, monitor care quality, coordinate training, and manage medication administration while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• NMC Pin required.
• Proven supervisory experience in a healthcare or care home setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff.
• Understanding of medication administration protocols and healthcare regulations.
• A relevant qualification in health or social care is preferred.

Deputy Home Manager

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our exceptional team at Electus Healthcare in Saintfield Lodge Care Home. This role is pivotal in supporting the management of our care homes and ensuring that we provide outstanding care to our residents. You will play a key role in fostering a supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Pay rate £24.73 - £27.50 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
