Are you an experienced senior leader ready to shape curriculum excellence and drive outstanding teaching and learning across specialist education? We are seeking an ambitious and inspirational Deputy Headteacher - Curriculum, Teaching and Learning to provide strategic leadership across Trent Acres School and Brookfield College. Supporting students aged 5 to 19 with Autism and Complex Needs, you will play a key role in ensuring every student receives an ambitious, personalised and meaningful education that prepares them for the future. This is a unique opportunity to lead curriculum development, teaching, learning, assessment and student outcomes across two specialist settings. Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will help drive continuous improvement, strengthen curriculum pathways from primary through to post-16 and ensure all students can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. Please note: This is a multi-site role working across Trent Acres Site, Kings Bromley DE13 7HR and Brookfield College, Cannock WS11 0JN leading in curriculum, teaching and learning for pupils aged 5 to 19 years across both schools.
