Our school, rated Good with Outstanding features by Ofsted, is situated in a beautiful semi-rural setting with four acres of grounds. We cater to children and young people aged 4 to 19 with Autism, SLD, or MLD. We pride ourselves on career progression opportunities and a family-oriented ethos. This role may suit those experienced in mainstream primary education, as our school closely follows this model. You will lead and support colleagues to ensure high-quality education across all phases, supporting our pupils' independence and communication skills. The Deputy Headteacher will support the Headteacher in strategic planning, managing, leading, and developing the school. Key duties include:
