Job Title: Head of Nursery

This role would suit anyone with experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager, Nursery Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner with management experience.

Qualifications:

• Full and Relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education
• Minimum 2 years' Management experience
• Minimum 3 years' Nursery experience
• Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted guidance
• Experience in implementing quality learning opportunities
• Commitment to child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities, and SEN/Inclusion
• Experience as a key worker for children and families
• Ability to observe, assess, and report on children's behavior
