Job summary

De Montfort University is seeking an experienced Deputy Head of Student Records to lead the Student Records team and drive high-quality data services across the university.

You will partner with the Head of Student Records and other senior colleagues to deliver process improvements, ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance, and build staff capability in a changing higher education landscape.

• Experience leading and developing teams in a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to deliver process improvements and change initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the Student Records team.
