Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take on the role of Deputy Group Director of Operations for Surgical Services at an ambitious NHS Trust in Birmingham and the Black Country.

Role Overview

In this pivotal position, you will drive operational performance, support service transformation, and lead improvements across surgical specialties including General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, and Emergency Surgery. You will work with clinical and operational leaders to shape high-quality, efficient, and patient-focused services within our leadership model.
