Job Title: Director of Sales Operations (Vaping Industry - UK Market)

Location: UK (Fully Remote)

Requirements:

  • UK citizen with valid UK driving licence
  • Non-UK citizens must hold valid UK work authorization and a full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operations Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies for the UK vaping market by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to meet revenue targets. Establish analytics frameworks to monitor KPIs such as sales volume, revenue, and sell-through rates, generating regular reports with insights for business optimization.
  • Sell-Through Optimization: Improve product sell-through rates across channels through inventory management, distribution planning, and promotional campaigns to ensure market fluidity.

Qualifications:

A. Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
