Job summary

Escabeche is seeking a charismatic Deputy General Manager to help lead our busy restaurant and bar in West Bridgford. You will work closely with the General Manager to foster a warm, energetic, and guest-centric atmosphere.

Lead from the floor during service, inspire the team, and build lasting guest relationships. You will support recruitment, training and development to keep our culture of genuine hospitality alive.

Qualifications

• Charismatic, energetic Deputy General Manager
• Strong leadership and guest-focused hospitality
• Ability to recruit, train and develop a happy, motivated team
• Calm, engaging and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Own daily operations in the General Manager's absence

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar
• Lead from the floor during service to create a warm guest experience
• Bring energy and positivity to every shift and set team tone
• Build relationships with guests and nurture a loyal following
• Assist recruitment, training and development of the team
• Maintain high service standards, atmosphere, cleanliness and presentation
• Support events, private bookings and busy service periods with enthusiasm
