Job summary

Baresca in Nottingham City Centre is seeking a charismatic, energetic Deputy General Manager who thrives on hospitality and people-focused leadership. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to shape a warm, high-performing team culture and create unforgettable guest experiences that keep guests returning.

You’ll lead from the floor during service, recruit and train the team, maintain high standards of service and atmosphere, and support events and private bookings with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams in a busy restaurant or bar.
• A natural host who can inspire a team and build guest relationships.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop staff while upholding high standards of service.
