Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a passionate Deputy General Manager to lead our busy hospitality site. You will manage operations across front and back of house, drive guest experience, and mentor a team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service in line with brand standards.

This role offers a 48‑hour week with TRONC, a competitive package from £33,500 plus expected TRONC £8,000–£9,000, and structured training through our Stepping Stones programme.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience as a Deputy General Manager in branded hospitality operations.
• Proven track record in running site operations and delivering training and support.
• Strong leadership and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations across FOH/BOH to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Coach and develop managers and team members to drive performance.
• Oversee financial aspects and operational delivery in line with brand standards.
