The package features a 48-hour contract with On Target Earnings of £41,000-£43,000 (including TRONC) and a base from £33,500 plus expected TRONC of £8,000-£9,000.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience as Deputy General Manager in a hospitality setting.
• Proven leadership across front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of site operations including bar, host stand and reception.
• Lead, train and support managers and team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage financials and site performance to meet targets.
