Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead and inspire teams across our hospitality venues. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive guest experience, and support training and development for managers and staff.

With 2-3 years in a Deputy GM role, you will bring strong leadership, branded operations knowledge, and financial awareness to the team. The role features a 48-hour week, competitive pay, and opportunities for progression within Heartwood Collection.

Qualifications

• Clear track record of assisting in running a site and delivering training and support to other managers and team members.
• Able to run all hospitality aspects (bar, host stand, reception) with leadership skills.
• 2-3 years experience as a Deputy General Manager with knowledge of branded operations and finance considerations.

On Target Earnings £ 41,000 - £43,000 * (Including TRONC) Basic from £33,500 plus Expected TRONC £8000 - £9000

About You:

• Passionate and vibrant personality, a real people person who cares for the guests, team and experience
• Clear track record of assisting in running a site and/ or fresh food restaurant experience and delivering training and support to other managers and team members
• Able to run all different aspects of hospitality, including bar, host stand (and reception for rooms site), with a proven record of leadership skills
• 2-3 years experience as a Deputy General Manager, with knowledge of branded operations knowledge and
• Taking on the responsibilities of a General Manager with the understanding of financial aspects and requirements of running a site
