Heartwood Collection is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead a Brasserie Blanc site with a warm, guest‑centric approach. You’ll oversee bar, host stand, reception, and room operations, while driving profits and staff development.

With 2–3 years in a Deputy GM role, you’ll train colleagues, manage a 48‑hour week, and embrace our Stepping Stones training plus benefits including TRONC, staff discounts, and cycle‑to‑work schemes.

Qualifications

• Passionate and vibrant personality who cares for guests, team and experience.
• Experience running a site and/or fresh food restaurant; able to train and support other managers.
• Proven leadership across hospitality facets including bar, host stand, and reception.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across bar, host stand, reception and room bookings.
• Mentor and train staff, sharing best practices with other managers.
