As Deputy General Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of the centre, working closely with the General Manager to create an exceptional customer experience, develop a high-performing team and drive business results.

This is a hands-on leadership position in a lively leisure environment. You'll work a mixture of shifts, including evenings and three weekends out of four, with one weekend in four off.

- Basic salary of up to £33,000
- £200 monthly bonus

We're interested in ambitious managers who combine strong leadership skills with commercial awareness, operational expertise and a genuine passion for customer service.
You'll ideally have:
- Energy, enthusiasm and ambition: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of leading from the front.
- Proven management experience: At least three years of people management experience, alongside keyholder responsibilities.
- A strong customer service background: Experience delivering excellent customer experiences within a busy, customer-facing business.
- Food and beverage expertise: Significant experience managing a high-volume food and beverage operation.
- Commercial awareness: A strong understanding of business performance, revenue generation and the importance of delivering financial results.
- Leadership ability: The confidence to motivate teams, develop talent and maintain high standards.
- A hands-on approach: You're proactive, solutions-focused and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
Your experience might come from a nightclub, late-night venue, bar, restaurant, hotel, visitor attraction, health and fitness club or another busy leisure or hospitality business.
You could currently be working as an Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, Club Manager, Trading Manager, Store Manager or Centre Manager.
