As General Manager, you'll take full responsibility for running one of our client's busy entertainment centres, creating a safe, fun and vibrant environment for both your team and customers.
This is a highly autonomous role where you'll have the freedom to make a genuine commercial impact. You'll be responsible for driving the financial and operational performance of your centre across four key revenue streams: bar, diner, amusements and bowling.
You'll have full accountability for delivering against your budget and KPIs, maximising profitability and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
