The Role

We’re seeking an exceptional Deputy General Manager to work alongside our GM in leading operations across both venues. This is a senior leadership position requiring someone who can command respect, drive standards, and thrive in the complexity of a multi-revenue stream operation.

You’ll be the operational backbone ensuring flawless execution across all dayparts, managing a diverse team, and delivering the elevated experience our members and guests expect. When the GM is off‑site, you’re in charge. When they’re present, you lead the team through day‑to‑day operations and strategic initiatives to maintain service excellence across both venues.
