Job summary

Zenith Vehicles is seeking a Delivery Management Practice Lead to own the delivery management profession across Technology. You will lead a team of Technical Delivery Managers, define delivery frameworks, and partner with squads and programmes to ensure a transparent, measurable, and continuous improvement of the Technology roadmap.

• Strong experience leading technology delivery across complex Agile, product and programme environments.
• Proven track record of building, managing and developing high-performing delivery teams.
• Experience designing and embedding delivery frameworks that improve pace, consistency and assurance.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Lean and hybrid delivery approaches, with the judgement to adapt them to different contexts.
• Experience assessing delivery maturity and turning insight into clear improvement plans.
• Strong knowledge of delivery metrics, reporting and the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle.
• Credibility to influence and challenge senior stakeholders while stepping into critical delivery initiatives.

We are currently looking for a Delivery Management Practice Lead to own the Delivery Management profession across Technology. As a key member of the Head of Group Core Platforms' leadership team, you will define what good delivery looks like, improve delivery flow and predictability, and ensure performance is measurable, transparent and continuously improving.

You will lead and develop a team of Technical Delivery Managers, building a consistent and high-performing delivery practice while allowing teams to flex their approach for different delivery contexts. You will work across Agile squads, product teams and multi-year programmes to ensure our Delivery Management approach supports the successful delivery of the Technology roadmap.
