Job summary

The Company, a leading digital asset market maker and infrastructure provider, seeks a Deputy CTO to partner with the CTO and steer its global engineering organization. You will drive daily operations, ensure scale, and align engineering with strategic business goals across divisions and geographies.

In this role, you’ll own delivery cadence, oversee platform modernization, and champion data governance while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global engineering delivery with OKRs and KPIs.
• Proven ability to align business strategy with technical execution.
• Familiarity with MiCA, DORA, SOC 2 regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day global engineering operations and cadence.
• Own OKRs, monthly reviews, and delivery pipelines; deputize for CTO.
• Lead platform consolidation and data governance across divisions.
• Oversee cybersecurity execution and regulatory commitments.
