Job summary

The Company, a leading digital asset market maker and infrastructure provider, is seeking a Deputy CTO to partner with the CTO and steer the globally distributed engineering organization. You will oversee delivery, reliability, budget, and cross-divisional initiatives to scale our high-frequency trading and asset management platforms.

This role demands strategic influence, hands-on leadership, and a track record of delivering platform consolidations, data governance, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Experience leading global engineering orgs with a focus on delivery, governance and metrics.
• Proven ability to design and implement platform consolidation across multiple venues.
• Strong track record in regulatory compliance (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2) within regulated environments.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technical execution and budget control.
• Comfort coordinating with executive leadership and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day global engineering operations and delivery pipelines.
• Lead platform consolidation and data strategy across divisions.
• Own cybersecurity execution and regulatory commitments across the org.
• Mentor VPs, manage global budgets, and scale teams across regions.
