Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership experience, ideally as Head of Technology or Head of Engineering with strong hands-on software engineering background.
• Experience across front-end, back-end and mobile development, with modern engineering practices.
• Proven ability to scale high-volume consumer digital products and lead multi-sourced engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a blended engineering model, including internal, contract, offshore and third-party teams.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions to maximize technical and commercial value.
