Buzz Bingo in Cheshire is seeking a Deputy General Manager (Bench) to support multiple clubs. This full-time role requires flexible hours across all opening times, working 44 hours over 7 days with the ability to cover different locations as needed.

Salary up to £34,500 depending on experience, with a strong focus on delivering Buzz Bingo brand values and exceptional customer service. You will deputise for the General Manager, contribute to local strategic plans, and drive KPI performance while

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a face-to-face customer service role.
• Evidence of bringing business awareness to decision making and understanding commercial drivers.
• Setting an example for customer service and interaction on the floor.
• Relentless focus on customer service standards with attention to detail.
• Willingness to develop self and others and drive new initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Assist the General Manager in ensuring the customer experience is consistently delivered across the Customer journey.
• Assist the General Manager to implement the brand strategy locally.
• Deputise for the General Manager in all operational aspects of the Club.
• Recognise and appreciate team members who go the extra mile.
• Evaluate actions to maintain and improve KPI performance based on data from the General Manager.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to maximise customer service throughout the day.
• Contribute to the club's local strategic plan on a trimester basis.
• Provide performance expectations via regular feedback and reviews.
• Foster a culture of exceptional service through coaching and support.
• Address customer feedback and respond appropriately.
• Generate new members and drive repeat visits including data capture.
