Job summary

Buzz Bingo is seeking a Deputy General Manager Bench in Cheshire. This full-time role (44 hours over 7 days) requires flexibility across clubs and will support the General Manager to deliver outstanding customer service and brand standards at a local level.

You will be involved in staff leadership, KPI monitoring, and implementing initiatives while ensuring compliance with gaming and health & safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a face-to-face customer service role, ideally in leisure, gaming, hospitality or retail.
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand values into local delivery and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to ensure consistent customer experience at every stage of the journey.
• Support local implementation of the brand strategy and contribute to the club's local strategic plan.
• Deputise for the General Manager in all operational aspects of the Club.
• Drive KPI performance and ensure adequate staff levels for peak times.
• Provide regular feedback and performance reviews for team members.
