Job summary

Buzz Bingo Poole is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead daily operations, delivering the Buzz Bingo Brand Values and exceptional customer service across the club. The role is full-time (44 hours), requires flexibility to work all opening hours, and offers a salary up to £35,000 per year.

You will support the General Manager, develop local plans, and may cover other sites. A strong focus on team leadership, safety, and Safer Gambling is essential, with opportunities for training and career

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a face-to-face customer service role, preferably within leisure, gaming, hospitality or retail.
• Evidence of making business-minded decisions and understanding commercial drivers.
• Proven on-floor customer service leadership and example setting.
• Strong customer service standards with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to ensure customer experience is consistently delivered across the journey.
• Deputise for the General Manager in all operational aspects of the Club.
• Coach and motivate team to drive service levels.
• Ensure compliance with Gaming and Licensing Laws, Employment, Health and Safety.
• Create a Safer Gambling environment across all channels.
