Qualifikationen

• You will hold a minimum NVQ level 3/ Diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Working towards a recognised management qualification (RM Award or NVQ Level 4/5) is advantageous.
• You will be an excellent communicator with strong staff management skills.
• You will have up-to-date knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.
