Job summary

The Hesley Group is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager at The Limes, Denaby. You will contribute to daily operational management and oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective budgets, quality assurance and compliance within a positive behaviour support framework.

You will hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 / Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care; management qualifications (RMAw or NVQ4/5) are advantageous.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Management qualification such as Registered Managers Award or Management NVQ Level 4/5 advantageous.
• Excellent communication and staff management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Line management of care and vocational staff; monitor delegated budgets.
• Ensure quality assurance, regulatory compliance and risk management.
