Job summary

Career Makers are partnering with a highly regarded care provider to recruit an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a nursing home in Swaffham.

You will lead the care team, oversee care planning, audits, medication management and ensure regulatory compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding. An active NMC pin is required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or senior nursing/care management role within a nursing home.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and clinical governance.
• Active NMC Pin

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, support and develop the care team, promoting excellent clinical practice, safeguarding and person-centred care.
• Oversee care planning, audits, medication, risk management and quality assurance, ensuring residents' needs are consistently met.

Salary: £45,000 per annum + added bonus
