Sense in West Bromwich is seeking a Deputy Care Manager to join our care home supporting people with learning disabilities and complex health needs. You will work alongside the Registered Care Manager, splitting time between admin and hands-on support to ensure the service runs smoothly.
You will lead and develop the staff team, plan rotas, and get to know the people we support to shape their plans. A full UK driving licence is desirable and DBS checks are provided.

We're looking for a Deputy Care Manager to join our home in West Bromwich, rated Good by CQC, supporting people with learning disabilities and a range of health conditions to live full, active lives. Working alongside the Registered Care Manager, you'll help lead the team, split your time between admin and hands-on support, and play a key part in making sure every day runs smoothly for the people we support.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, split between 22.5 hours of admin and 15 hours working directly alongside the team, paying £29,367 per year (£15.06 p/h).
