Harbour Healthcare Ltd in England and Wales seeks a Deputy Care Home Manager to lead the home and support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding, person-centred care. You will be hands-on, visible, and proactive, guiding staff, residents, and families with dignity and respect.

This growing, family-run group of 40+ care homes values strong leadership, dementia and nursing care expertise, and strict adherence to CQC regulations.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with leadership experience is required.
• Experience leading a 60+ bed care home.
• Strong background in dementia and general nursing care.
• Confident knowledge of CQC regulations.
• Natural leader who motivates and develops teams.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of a busy nursing and residential care home.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing care team.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practice.
