Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Deputy Manager at Newbury Grove to lead nursing and care staff, ensuring compassionate, person-centered care for residents. You will support the Home Manager, drive governance, and uphold high standards while focusing on residents with complex needs in a busy home environment.

What you'll do

Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality pastoral care. You will focus on residents with complex needs, so it's vital that you can conform with the latest guidelines, take far-reaching decisions and maintain the highest levels of governance, whilst regularly auditing practices and procedures.

Who you are

As a proven line manager in a care home setting, you will be keen to develop your leadership skills and knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement.
