Sasse Limited is seeking a Full-time Site Supervisor at Dewsbury Arriva Bus Depot to lead on-site teams and ensure high-quality service delivery. You will work with the Operations Manager to support site operations, manage bus and facility cleaning, and maintain a motivated workforce.

This role requires a UK driving licence (B) for vehicle movement, a strong focus on safety, audits, stock control, and using digital reporting tools to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Full UK B category driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
• Positive, can-do attitude with ambition to grow.

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient workflow and maintain quality standards through audits and inspections.
• Manage stock control for consumables, machinery, and other site resources.
• Keep staff documentation up-to-date and ensure proper use of operational documents.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with performance standards.
• Process the vehicles on their return to the depot.
• Moving and manoeuvre vehicles/buses within the depot, following instructions from the allocator and parking according to the parking plan.
• Performing fuelling and shunting tasks.
• Maintaining overall cleanliness, including bus and facility cleaning, waste removal.
• Conducting visual checks for any damage, reporting issues, and ensuring all windows are closed before buses enter the wash.
• Using digital reporting tools.
• Follow strict Health & Safety procedures and instructions.
• The role will also have additional site duties in line with General Service Operative (GSO).
• Delivering timely, efficient, and courteous service on customer sites.
