Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is recruiting a Depot Operations Supervisor in Worthing to lead the depot team and ensure excellent service for customers across delivery and store operations. This 40-hour role requires a hands-on leader who will drive standard processes, health and safety, and cost-conscious operations.

You will manage a small team, monitor daily targets, and be involved in day-to-day tasks including deliveries. A full UK driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the depot and deliver outstanding service to customers
• Drive the consistent delivery of established processes and operational standards
• Track the team’s performance against daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Develop both the operational performance of the depot and the skills of your team
• Oversee health & safety, stock management, local delivery fleet management and facilities maintenance
• Be ready to get involved in day-to-day tasks including deliveries
