Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, seeks a Depot Manager/Senior Operations Manager to lead Redhill depot alongside the RSOM. You will drive profitability, safety, and customer service, ensuring KPI targets are met and staff are supported to perform at their best.

You will manage the delivery team and office team, uphold food safety and health & safety standards, and develop plans for any off-track metrics. Salary circa £32,000 - £33,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control and warehouse/transport operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Administrative duties including reporting and scheduling.
• Full driving licence required for depot duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day depot operations and delivery teams.
• Support RSOM to hit financial and operational targets.
• Ensure Health & Safety, quality and food safety standards.
• Lead, coach and develop depot staff and office team.
• Maintain stock levels and route/delivery planning.
