Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods in Worthing is seeking a Depot Operations Supervisor to join the leadership team. You’ll model commitment to outstanding service while delivering daily processes and KPI targets across customer services, delivery fleet and cold store operations.

In this role you’ll develop depot performance, coach a frontline team, manage health and safety, stock, and fleet tasks; a full UK driving licence is essential and weekend coverage is required under a 5-in-6 pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role leading and motivating a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service ethos.
• Proficient using IT systems.
• Able to influence stakeholders and KPI outcomes.
• Problem solving and decision making in operational settings.
• Full UK driving licence (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate depot team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Ensure delivery of established processes and standards across operations.
• Monitor and report on performance against KPIs.
• Develop depot performance and team skills through coaching.
• Oversee health & safety, stock management, fleet and facilities tasks.
• Be hands-on when required, including deliveries, with a valid driving licence.
