Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is hiring a depot leader to run the Durham depot and drive profitability, safety, and excellent customer service. You will manage office and delivery teams, optimise routes, and ensure health & safety compliance while achieving KPIs.

You will report to the RSOM and play a key role in planning improvements, staffing, and budget adherence across daily operations and customer service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven customer care skills and ability to handle demanding calls.
• Experience administering depot operations and staff workflows.
• Ability to manage stock and route to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day depot operations and deliverables to meet KPIs.
• Lead and support the office and delivery teams ensuring safety and service standards.
