Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of apetito group, is seeking a Depot Operations Supervisor to lead the depot's customer services, delivery fleet and cold store. The role covers day-to-day operations, driving KPI delivery, and driving a culture of service excellence across the site.

The 40-hour week requires a full UK driving licence, flexibility across 5 days in 6 (bank holidays included), and a commitment to health and safety, training, and continuous improvement with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team to meet objectives.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive/use depot vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the depot team to achieve targets.
• Ensure health & safety, stock management and fleet duties are delivered.
• Maintain operational standards and process discipline.
