PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our East Kilbride depot. You will oversee large teams, drive performance to meet KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance while leading depot initiatives.

The role focuses on effective communication, workload management, and collaboration with warehouse, supply chain, and commercial functions to support the company’s objectives and value initiatives. A strong leader is essential to sustain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage workloads and drive KPI performance.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse team and influence stakeholders to achieve service and performance targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
• Lead depot initiatives, driving process improvements to meet financial and operational objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams and departments, fostering involvement and commitment within the depot.
• Build and maintain strong interfaces with the broader Warehouse Team, PHOENIX supply chain, and commercial functions to support vision and value initiatives.
