PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our East Kilbride depot. You will oversee large teams, drive performance to meet KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance while leading depot initiatives.

The role focuses on effective communication, workload management, and collaboration with warehouse, supply chain, and commercial functions to support the company’s objectives and value initiatives. A strong leader is essential to sustain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage workloads and drive KPI performance.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.

Operations Manager

37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 8-4pm.

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to come join us, based at East Kilbride. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as Operations Manager. In this role, you’ll oversee large teams, drive performance to meet and exceed KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage workloads, and lead initiatives will be key to maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
