Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is recruiting a Depot Operations Manager to lead the Northants/Leicester depot alongside the RSOM. You will oversee the day-to-day running, manage the office-based Customer Service team and our delivery drivers, and drive KPI performance with a proactive leadership style.

This 40-hour week, with five days in six including some Saturdays and bank holidays, offers a salary of around £32,000–£33,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable leadership and coaching to employees on a day-to-day basis.
• Experience managing operations to meet KPI targets and profitability.
• Strong administration and stock control capabilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee depot operations alongside RSOM to hit financial and service KPIs.
• Manage the Office-based Customer Service team and delivery drivers for an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure Health & Safety, Hygiene and Food Safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintain stock levels to meet customer demands and optimise routes.
