The successful candidate will manage a team, oversee operations, ensure safety compliance, and build lasting customer relationships with trade and domestic clients.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a similar branch/depot role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building with trade customers.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and driving sales growth.
• Experience managing a team of depot operatives and motivating staff.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a depots environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day depot operations in Dunfermline, guiding the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Lead and motivate depot staff to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends; implement growth strategies.
• Manage inventory with manufacturing and distribution to ensure stock availability.
