First Fence is seeking a Depot Manager to lead at our UK depot. You will drive sustainable growth, manage a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining transport and safety compliance.

You will collaborate with the Depot Management team and central functions to align strategy, improve efficiency, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a focus on workplace wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to grow depot performance.
• Strong customer service focus and relationship-building abilities.
• Solid understanding of logistics, transport legislation and operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams for high performance.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and budgets in fast-paced settings.
• Some HR knowledge for performance management and investigations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organised with proficient PC skills (Microsoft packages).
