Job summary

Nationwide Platforms, by leading a Dundee depot, seeks a Depot Manager to guide a busy local operation, drive revenue and profitability, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will build customer relationships and coach a high-performing team in a hands-on, visible leadership role.

You’ll manage budgets, fleet and people, use KPIs to improve performance, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering excellent service across the depot.

As Depot Manager at our Dundee depot, you'll be responsible for leading a successful local depot operation, delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational performance, profitability and growth.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll be right in the thick of the action. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead from the front and create a culture where every colleague keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.
