Job summary

Nationwide Platforms is seeking a Depot Manager at our Cosby, Leicestershire depot to lead a high-performing team, drive revenue and manage operations with a customer-first approach.

You will manage budgets, build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities while ensuring safety, compliance and service excellence across the depot.

As Depot Manager at our depot in Cosby, Leicestershire, you'll be responsible for leading a successful local depot operation, delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational performance, profitability and growth.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll be right in the thick of the action. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead from the front and create a culture where every colleague keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.

In return you will receive a salary from £45,000 DOE, Company car or cash allowance of £7,900, BUPA Private Medical Care, 25 days annual leave plus back holidays, Life Assurance, Auto Enrolment Pension scheme and Lifestyle Benefits – Discounts on selected high street stores.
