Nationwide Platforms Ltd. is seeking an Depot Manager for the Didcot depot to lead a high-performing, customer-focused operation. You’ll drive revenue, profitability and growth while delivering outstanding service and building strong local customer relationships.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role offering ownership of the depot’s performance, with opportunity to shape the team and culture, backed by experienced colleagues across engineering, transport and sales.

As Depot Manager at the Didcot depot, you'll be responsible for leading a successful local depot operation, delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational performance, profitability and growth.

This is a visible, hands‑on leadership role where you'll be right in the thick of the action. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead from the front and create a culture where every colleague keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.

In return you will receive a salary from £45,000 DOE, Company car or cash allowance of £7,900, BUPA Private Medical Care, 25 days annual leave plus back holidays, Life Assurance, Auto Enrolment Pension scheme and Lifestyle Benefits – Discounts on selected high street stores.
